Gina Columna is the president and owner of G-Force Leadership, LLC -- a Consulting, Coaching and Facilitation firm that began in 2005.  She works with corporations, educational institutions, non-profits, faith-based institutions and private individuals.   

What sets her apart in working with individual and organizations is her understanding of systems.  Whether she is helping:

• Coaching an executive leader to grow and develop to the next level or improve in the existing role
• Coaching peers or teams to coach one another across divisions, functions or within an intact team
• Facilitating team coaching for Boards, intact teams, newly formed teams or teams not performing
• Coaching and consulting with the senior leadership team to improve organizational culture, leadership and results with their respective teams 

Gina recognizes that one must consider the entire context of the system to ensure success.  She is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation as well as a Team Performance Coach and has successfully completed the Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching program. 

Since 2005, she has been an adjunct coach with The Center for Creative Leadership, a top five Executive Education globally recognized organization She served as the 2005 president of the International Coaching Federation, Charlotte chapter and is a graduate of Coach University.  Gina earned her MBA from Queens University, McColl School of Business, and her BS in Mass Communication, cum laude, from Towson State University.    

Prior to starting G-Force, Gina held management and sales roles in marketing and advertising with The Interstate Group, Duke University and The Village Companies.  Ms. Columna has been interviewed on WCNC, Channel 6 and was a featured Career Coach columnist for The Charlotte Observer.
